Once we’ve confirmed your purchase order and payment, we will meticulously plan the packaging and shipment of your kitchen to ensure safe and prompt delivery. Our commitment is to have your kitchen arrive at your site no later than 10 days from the confirmation date.

This means all surfaces, including flooring, lighting, and walls, should be completely finished and immaculately clean, free from any debris. For the integrity of the installation and the longevity of your cabinetry, we strongly advise waiting until the site is fully ready before installation begins.
Our installation team will play a critical role at this stage. They’ll reach out to you to conduct a pre-installation inspection, ensuring that the final site dimensions align with our designs before your kitchen leaves our facility. Only after receiving your green light following this pre-inspection will we move forward with shipping.
